Job summary

Curated Events is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across office, warehouse, and on-site events.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and service staff to deliver flawless event execution and strong financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in event rentals, logistics, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency.
• Develop procedures to improve productivity and monitor KPIs.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking revenue and expenses.
• Hire, train, and manage department managers; promote teamwork.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and coordinate with sales.
• Plan and execute events with staff across warehouses and sites.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance.
