The AGM will work closely with warehouse, sales, logistics, and client services to optimize workflows, develop staff, and ensure top-tier service for diverse events across the Charleston area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in event rentals, logistics, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently.

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical leadership role, supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and client satisfaction. The AGM collaborates closely with department heads to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to support company growth. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Experience & Education
