Crisp Event Rentals is seeking a Director of Operations to be the operational engine behind growth, bridging strategy and execution across warehouse, logistics, and maintenance. You will drive end-to-end event delivery, optimize costs, and partner with Sales to keep operations aligned with revenue goals.

You’ll lead a multi-team operation, implement scalable processes, and champion safety and quality to ensure events go out on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in event rental, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong track record of improving efficiency, quality, and team performance.
• Comfort with data: read utilization reports, labor forecasts, and P&L; experience with rental/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead managers and crews across Warehouse, Delivery, Soft Goods, and Maintenance.
• Own end-to-end event execution from pull to delivery, setup, and return.
• Partner daily with Sales to align operations and revenue goals.
• Direct daily logistics: routing, fleet management, crew deployment.
• Oversee inventory control and asset lifecycle to reduce loss and costs.
• Develop staffing models to handle peak volumes and budget constraints.
