Qualifications

• 7+ years in electric utility industry with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams and drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalents may be considered.
• Experience administering collective bargaining agreements and HR policies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and make fact-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performing safety culture across 24/7 operations.
• Build relationships with peers, staff, and union leadership; drive safety and accountability.
• Lead safety and environmental safeguards per regulations.
• Participate in goal setting, priorities, and policy development.
• Plan and manage budgets for personnel, materials, and operations.
• Coordinate staffing, development, and succession planning.
• Support emergency outage response and restoration efforts.
