- 1 year experience in operations/distribution/logistics/supervising and developing managers/supervisors.
- 3 years experience in same areas with supervising responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
- Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
- Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing coaching and feedback.
