Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Auburn, IN is seeking a logistics supervisor to manage a team and workflows at the facility. You will ensure training on policies, monitor performance, and drive safety and quality in daily operations.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of Walmart logistics systems, and the ability to coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., IS, Management, Logistics, Business Admin, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management) OR Associate's Degree in a related field (e.g., IS, Logistics, Business Admin, Economics); and 1 year experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees
• 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics supervisor or manager; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates
• 3 years experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees
• 3 years experience in an Information Systems environment maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (e.g., networks, computer hardware and software)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, procedures
• Monitor and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and providing feedback
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns to optimize operations and prevent recurrence
