Job summary

Walmart is seeking a qualified candidate for a logistics information systems leadership role in McCordsville, IN. You will implement business plans, manage staffing and scheduling, and supervise associates and leaders to achieve facility goals with a focus on productivity and safety.

The role includes troubleshooting complex systems with the ISD and vendors, supporting current and future logistics applications, and upholding Walmart's high standards of integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Associate degree with related field and supervision experience as listed in qualifications.
• Experience in Walmart logistics information systems environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity and safety standards in area of responsibility.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Troubleshoot systems and applications with ISD and vendors, supporting current and future systems.
