Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and experience in operations/logistics or retail.
• 1–3 years supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers and associates, or equivalent Walmart experience.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and staff forecasting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results for the area.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics standards, safety, and company policies.
