Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and experience in operations/logistics or retail.
- 1–3 years supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers and associates, or equivalent Walmart experience.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and staff forecasting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and in writing.
- Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
- Forecast staffing workload and performance results for the area.
- Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with logistics standards, safety, and company policies.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including coaching and hiring decisions.
