Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement business plans and goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing business reports and staffing schedules.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures and ensuring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and evaluating performance.
• Foster a culture of belonging and develop talent within the team.
• Act with integrity and uphold Walmart values in all actions.
• Serve customers by applying EDLP/EDLC principles and delivering results.
