Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1 year's experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments / areas.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands for workload and performance results for area of responsibility.
• Prepare, review and/or analyze business reports to identify operational improvements such as production quality and safety.
• Monitor and ensure area of responsibility's compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility, including hiring, development, and performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain procedures and supporting documentation; foster a culture of belonging and collaboration.
• Implement continuous improvements, adopt new technologies, and encourage learning across teams.
