Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics or retail operations.
• Experience supervising, evaluating and developing managers and associates.
• Walmart training programs and Open Door culture are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to customers, suppliers or associates.
• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Review and analyze business reports and use information to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality/safety standards and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using judgment and collaboration as needed.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by providing direction, feedback, and training opportunities.
