Job summary

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own the Denver earnings engine, drive revenue growth, and improve margins in our home-services operation. You’ll have real authority, visibility, and a direct line to the leadership team, shaping what’s next and measuring impact in the numbers and in the field.

You’ll lead Field Managers and Dispatch, coach technicians, and partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize scheduling, lead flow,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive leadership in home services with P&L ownership.
• Track record of measurable growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Denver operations performance: revenue, margin, productivity, and customer experience.
• Set annual revenue goals, KPIs, and incentive structures, then drive cadence.
• Lead, coach, and develop Field Managers and Dispatch.
• Equip managers to make sharp decisions from sales data and field feedback.
• Maintain field presence through ride-alongs and job-site visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Finance to improve scheduling and handoffs.
