Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee company programs, implement policy, and ensure contract compliance with customers. The role requires leadership over budgets, schedules, and quality assurance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college.
• 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work is completed to standard.
• Maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer requests and addresses issues with the manager.
• Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintains financial data: labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
