Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT skills and POS familiarity.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to close the site two nights per week and open as needed.
• Experience coaching or mentoring staff is a plus.
• Present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and superior customer service.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling and monitor expenditures to maintain P&L.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
