Express Wash Concepts' Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Richmond, IN is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II to help run daily operations and boost guest satisfaction. You will support the site manager, oversee staff, and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's mission.
• Successful management of labor and staff scheduling.
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Address customer escalations calmly.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledgebase.
