Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Irwin, PA location. You will assist the site manager to ensure smooth operations and lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and manage team members, handle scheduling, and monitor expenses while upholding safety and quality standards. Opportunities for growth through training and performance rewards are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preference for associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in leadership roles and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead, recruit, develop, and motivate teams to achieve sales goals and company mission.
• Manage labor and scheduling with effective P&L oversight and cost controls.
• Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge and team capabilities.
