Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience and 2+ years in customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency and familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure smooth store operations and customer service goals.
• Lead sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Coordinate recruiting, development, and motivation of staff.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily cash processes with accuracy.
• Monitor safety, inventory, and quality control; address escalations calmly.
