Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Entry Door Division to lead large projects and mentor Project Managers. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a drive to deliver on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support sales initiatives in the department, review financial and operational reports, and help hire and develop staff. Prior door, frame and hardware experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years’ managerial experience.
• Experience with door, frame and hardware preferred.
• Knowledge of construction project management and building materials.
• Technical aptitude with mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for various customers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Work closely with other teams to drive sales across the department.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Employee performance management and coaching.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
