Carrier and Automated Logic are seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers in designing building automation systems. You will mentor staff, verify work, and participate in workload distribution with Engineering Managers.

Expect hands-on design, programming, and documentation of BAS projects across building systems. You will mentor new hires and guide engineers through site-specific configuration, testing, and commissioning, while ensuring adherence to safety and ethics

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC controls with 3+ years of experience or a High School Diploma with 5+ years in HVAC controls.
• Valid government-issued ID and ability to report to the work location reliably.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~10% of the workweek, including air travel and overnight stays.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of Controls Engineers.
• Design complete building automation systems including controllers, sensors, and networks.
• Configure WebCTRL/site tooling (SiteBuilder) and program control algorithms.
• Develop and document control sequences and graphical interfaces.
• Support sales during the bidding process and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and manage project milestones and deliverables.

Kenntnisse

Bachelor’s degree and HVAC controls

5+ years’ experience in HVAC controls

Reliable to report to location

Willingness to travel 10% of week
