Enviromatic Systems in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations of our Building Automation and Controls business. This role drives operational excellence, oversees project execution, and ensures exceptional customer service across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BAS/HVAC controls or related construction operations, strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills, with willingness to travel up to 25% and work in person.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Controls, Mechanical Contracting, Commercial HVAC, Electrical Contracting, or Commercial Construction operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing operational teams including field technicians, programmers, project managers, service personnel, or similar staff.
• Proven experience managing project execution, service operations, workforce planning, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for service, project, programming, and controls teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure consistency in project execution, service delivery, and customer experience.
