McDonald’s in Lanham, MD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, training, food safety, and inventory management. You’ll partner with the General Manager to achieve performance and guest satisfaction, supervise kitchen, people, and service areas, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience or military service, high school diploma or GED preferred, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong communication and ability to anticipate customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results.
• Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People and Service areas.
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and service areas are organized.
