McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Edgewater, MD to lead key restaurant operations. You will oversee training, food safety, and inventory, while inspiring the team to deliver excellence in guest experiences.

You’ll drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and process improvements, working closely with the General Manager to achieve quality standards in kitchen, people, and service.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others (or US Military Service).
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Excellent communication and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
