Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Maryland to lead key restaurant functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to reach targets in kitchen, people and service, while upholding safety and quality standards.

A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with 1+ years of leadership experience or US military service, strong customer service, and quick decision making.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading, motivating and/or developing others.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make fast decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management.
• Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes.
• Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to hit performance and quality standards in kitchen, people and service.
• Teamwork is essential: partner with restaurant staff for safe, efficient operations.
