Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military service.
• Strong customer service and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards.
• Oversee Kitchen: food quality, safety, costs and new menu items.
• Oversee People: hire, train and schedule staff to meet sales goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
