Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Kitchen: supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• People: hire, train, and schedule staff to meet goals.
• Service: deliver a memorable guest experience with trained staff and organized service areas.
• Teamwork: partner with the team to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.
