McDonald’s California is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, focusing on training, food safety, and inventory management to drive performance.

You’ll supervise kitchen, people, and service teams, hire and schedule staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Strong leadership, a willingness to coach others, and a commitment to safe, clean, fast service are essential.

Competenze

• HSD or GED preferred
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service
• Strong customer service and support focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

• Lead important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Be results oriented: delegate tasks and report back results
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas
