Job summary

Clean Crawlspace, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to join as the #2 leader, owning service and production. You will streamline systems, manage field crews, and drive margins while partnering with the owner.

The role requires early start times, field presence, and the ability to inspect crawlspaces with crews. Equity upside is available for the right leader, and a take-home company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as an operations and/or general manager for a $5M+ home services company.
• Proven scaling experience: grew a home services business from under $10M to more than double in ~5 years.
• Deep understanding of Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, crawlspace/waterproofing).
• Grassroots credibility: advanced from laborer/foreman to leadership.
• Willingness to enter crawlspaces during onboarding, audits, and training.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred for crew communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 11 crews and run weekly production meetings.
• Audit sold job files for scope accuracy and margin protection.
• Resolve complex customer situations and drive service excellence.
• Lead field training and hands-on quality checks in crawlspaces.
• Track KPIs: installation quality, scope accuracy, output, and customer satisfaction.
