Job summary

Clean Crawlspace, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to serve as the #2 leader, owning service and production. You’ll streamline systems, manage field crews, and optimize job scopes so leadership can focus on strategy.

This hands-on role starts early (6:30 AM), ~50 hours/week, M–F with occasional weekends, and may require inspecting crawlspaces with crews to ensure standards are met. Equity potential exists for the right leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/general management for a growing home services company.
• Proven track record of scaling a home services business from under $10M to double size in 5 years (required).
• Industry background in home services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, crawlspace/waterproofing).
• Candidates with grassroots ascent (laborer to leader) earn respect and credibility.
• Willingness to enter crawlspaces during onboarding, audits, and training sessions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred for crew communication.
• Comfort with modern CRMs/software (Salesforce a plus).
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Santa Rosa, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Lead 11 crews (and growing) and run weekly production meetings.
• Audit sold job files for scope accuracy and protect margins.
• Resolve complex customer issues and elevate as needed.
• Hire and mentor a Production Manager as revenue grows.
• Field leadership to train crews and audit standards in the field.
