The role emphasizes safety culture, on-site leadership, and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to achieve safety, quality, and throughput targets while guiding budgeting and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations management.
• Experience in pharma, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing.
• FDA-regulated environment experience.
• Experience leading 100+ direct/indirect reports.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput goals.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and daily management.
• Develop and coach managers and supervisors; oversee hiring and training.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, logistics.
• Evaluate budgets and capital investments; advise site leadership on goals.
• Champion safety-first culture.
