Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production code with agentic tools.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior or contract engineers.
• Skilled in scoping, estimating, and presenting trade-offs for clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into technical plans and decide what is productizable vs bespoke.
• Own the technical stack behind Mighty & True's modern tooling.
• Serve as senior technical voice in client rooms: scoping, estimation, handoff.
