Field Of Studies is seeking a highly organized operations-focused professional to own the workflow from discovery to decision. You will sit near the studio center and drive growth, GTM, sales and consulting coordination while shaping client recommendations and ensuring follow-through.

The role is tactical yet strategic, requiring you to maintain the bigger operating picture and push for the next best move. You will connect creative, engineering, and client inputs to move decisions forward.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a pipeline and move opportunities forward.
• Strong follow-up discipline to close loose ends.
• Ability to clean up processes and tighten workflows.
• Skill in shaping client recommendations and documenting outcomes.
• Proactive chasing of missing inputs and decision points.
• Comfort with signaling when decisions are needed and keeping teams aligned.

Responsibilities

• Run operating cadence around growth, sales, client follow-ups, active opportunities, and priority projects.
• Turn conversations into next steps, briefs, scopes, proposals, recaps, and internal systems.
• Support consulting and client work by organizing inputs and producing actionable artifacts.
• Coordinate with creative and engineering collaborators to define owners, tradeoffs, timing, and follow-through.
• Identify risks, edge cases, missing information, and unowned details early and address them.
