• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs team lifts.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations andFront-End processes.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and delegate tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and daily huddles to drive productivity.
• Handle freight processing and shelf maintenance.
