Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is hiring an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and maintain a high-selling environment. The role covers opening/closing, training, task delegation, and ensuring safety and compliance across a warehouse-format store.

You will work with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage inventory, and uphold customer experience standards while occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store processes with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads and delegate tasks to meet goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, and monitor results; lead by example.
• Participate in freight processes and stock management.
• Open Availability nights and weekends.
