Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and processes (shipments, replenishment, inventory counts).
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
Assist in ongoing training and cross-training of associates.
Lead by example to engage peers and drive productivity.
Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and store standards.
Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and inventory adjustments.
