Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support leadership with omni-channel processes while focusing on performance, people, and processes.

As a TL you will train new Associates, collaborate with managers, and drive sales by meeting store goals and ensuring policy compliance across the operations. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
