Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts/procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Assist in training new Task Associates and cross-training others.
• Lead by example to inspire peers to peak productivity.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments with company technology.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and mannequins tested.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across all areas.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and guest service standards.
