Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure fixtures are stocked, merchandise is replenished, and store standards are maintained while supporting the leadership team with omni-channel processes and inventory adjustments.

You will lead peers, train new associates, and drive performance through adherence to procedures, with a focus on guest experience and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Proven experience delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboards and processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
• Train and assist new task associates and cross-train others.
• Lead by example to drive peak productivity and performance.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Protect assets and ensure loss prevention practices.
