Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Anaheim, CA seeks a Task Lead to drive operational excellence across in-store tasks, inventory, replenishment, and omni-channel support. You will partner with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to keep fixtures stocked and processes compliant while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, training of associates, and cross-functional collaboration to meet store goals while maintaining clean, organized spaces and smooth store

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in operational excellence and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by executing tasks and ensuring product is available.
• Complete shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures on time.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment and support teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education.
• Assist in training new Task Associates and cross-training others.
• Lead peers to peak productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with store managers and associates to grow the business.
