Job summary

Superior Fence & Rail of Chicago seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate field projects, and supervise scheduling with a focus on customer service and quality installations.

You will work closely with management and field teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and ensure projects meet company standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Previous experience in operations, construction, home improvement, or a related field
• Leadership or supervisory experience
