Peerless Fence is seeking a capable supervisor to lead subcontractor crews across multiple job sites. The role requires overseeing quality, safety, and scheduling while coordinating with project managers and materials teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in a building materials yard, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple subcontractor crews across job sites
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety requirements
• Schedule crews and allocate work to maximize productivity
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address issues
• Build and maintain relationships with installers and project managers
• Ensure materials and equipment are available before work begins
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Develop and maintain a network of qualified subcontractors
