Job summary

Placed is seeking a Superintendent to lead and coordinate subcontractors and trade labor on construction projects. You will ensure safety, on-time schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget while supervising Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, sequencing work, resolving field issues with owners and architects, overseeing the billing process for Work In Place, and maintaining contract conformance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years' related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing levels.
• Coordinate work among assigned trades for coordinated project operations.
• Manage the site safety program and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns.
