East Coast Facilities - Baltimore Service Center is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee service delivery, scheduling, fleet operations, and cross-functional coordination across the sales and operations teams. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on efficient field execution and client satisfaction.

• Experience in operations management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Aufgaben

• Keeps master scheduling tools updated at all times (e.g., Default Schedules, Calendars, SPS).
• Updates fleet and local item library with current data.
• Manages fulfillment systems and production calendars.
• Coordinates master schedules and provides operational schedules to Account Executives and Project Managers.
• Ensures fleet needs are aligned with production and communicates with the DOO.
• Manages Fleet Supervisor and all repair/maintenance for the assigned fleet.
• Manages fleet inventory systems and designated leaders/ supervisors.
• Creates incident reports and compiles information per policy for accidents or near-misses.
• Drives ECF Egress and Ingress standards.
• Coordinates with project clients and Account Executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
