Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is assisting a healthcare technology startup in San Francisco to hire an Operations Lead. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives, coordinating clinical hiring and cross-functional projects as the organization scales.

The role emphasizes operational leadership across recruiting, internal systems, legal/compliance, and partnerships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on high-priority initiatives.
• Manage the clinical hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Interview candidates and coordinate reference checks for RNs and LVNs.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution.
• Improve internal processes, workflows, and systems as the company scales.
• Support legal, compliance, clinical partnership, and team-management initiatives.
• Help strengthen company culture, accountability, and performance.
