Big Leap Health is seeking a Strategy & Ops leader to define and scale a new function, reporting directly to the CEO. You will drive priorities, run planning cadences, and partner with payer networks, clinicians, and the leadership team to align on quarterly outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years at a fast-growing startup, strong analytical instincts, and a proven ability to turn ambiguity into concrete plans and executable actions within a digital health context.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-time experience at a fast-growing VC-backed early-stage startup.
• Analytical by instinct with ability to build a model in Sheets and defend assumptions.
• Turns ambiguity into a plan quickly and executes the plan.
• Comfortable in external conversations with payers, psychiatrists, or clinic owners.
• Writes and presents well, e.g., board memos and payer pitches.
• Ownership mindset, entrepreneurial instincts, and urgency.
• Fluent in the modern AI stack and related tools.
• Digital health experience or ability to learn a new sector rapidly.
• Genuine interest in breakthrough mental healthcare trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
• Willing to work in a hybrid NYC area environment (3+ days in-person).

Responsabilités

• Define and grow the Strategy & Ops function; report to the CEO.
• Lead planning cadence, align leadership for quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with payers, recruit clinicians to the medical advisory board.
• Rebuild operating processes, own select projects, provide actionable recommendations.
• As the function matures, develop the team and direct reports.
