You will connect every function, with influence but no direct authority, and drive adoption of standardized processes. You will own the operating cadence, drive weekly and quarterly planning, and ensure information flows efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years in strategy, operations, chief-of-staff, or business-operations roles.
• Experience building operating systems, cadence, and reporting.
• Ability to map processes and own gaps across functions.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Map every process end to end across functions.
• Build live responsibilities map and update mechanism.
• Own weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythm and forum preparation.
• Define information flow and governance, including a decision register.
