Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced In-House Marketing Supervisor to oversee daily marketing team operations and performance. You will play a key role in interviewing, hiring, training, and guiding associates to achieve organizational goals.

The role emphasizes maintaining marketing penetration standards, generating daily and periodic reports, and coordinating with sales management to optimize tour flow. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop employees.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate tour seats and flow with In‑House and Front Line sales management; adjust marketing programs as needed.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order department supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
