Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration operations, including mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction. You will lead field crews, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project delivery while coordinating with insurers and property owners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations or production management experience within restoration, construction, or commercial facilities.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) and OSHA safety certifications are highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale daily mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction operations from initial intake to project wrap-up.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and hold project managers, crew chiefs, and technicians accountable for performance and safety.
• Monitor job costing, budgets, timeliness, and financial metrics to protect profitability and minimize margin leakage.
• Ensure safety protocols (OSHA) and restoration guidelines are followed by field teams.
• Act as escalation point to resolve complex concerns from property owners or insurance partners.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication between customers, clients, and internal operations.
