Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Production Manager to oversee daily production operations. You will lead Mitigation Coordinators, collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership, and ensure projects stay scheduled, staffed, and moving toward completion.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can develop employees, balance competing priorities, and support efficient, profitable operations in a full-time, office-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation, property restoration, or related production management.
• Experience managing employees, coordinating schedules, and overseeing multiple active projects.
• Understanding of mitigation workflows, project documentation, resource planning, job costs and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to set expectations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and project management systems.
• IICRC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Mitigation Coordinators through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Run production meetings to review schedules, progress, documentation, forecasts, and action items.
• Oversee scheduling and resource planning balancing staffing, priorities, and emergencies.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve production challenges and delays.
• Ensure technician time is allocated to jobs and review PTO based on staffing needs.
• Coordinate equipment availability and utilization with Field Supervisor.
• Maintain clear communication between office and field teams.
• Ensure job files include diaries, production sheets, and cost information.
• Ensure invoices are submitted promptly to Job Cost Accountants.
• Prepare production forecasts, monitor budgets, and coordinate adjustments.
• Keep leadership informed of large losses, opportunities, and priority needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, workflows, and customer service.
