Paul Davis is seeking an experienced Mitigation Operations Manager to build and lead a high-performing department, owning revenue, margins, and customer outcomes. The role covers leadership, accountability, and growth within the restoration business across diverse projects and clients.

The successful candidate will drive teams, ensure quality standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with Estimating, Reconstruction, and Administration to deliver consistent, profitable results.

Formación

• Mitigation/restoration leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration practices.
• Ability to build, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• Experience with job costing, gross margin, labor management, and production.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers, adjusters, carriers, and employees.
• IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, and OCT are highly valued.
• Builder's mindset with ownership mindset and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high-performing mitigation team.
• Coordinate daily huddles; ensure schedules and goals.
• Oversee water, mold, fire, and related restoration services.
• Manage resources for efficient emergency response.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Own revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and teams.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and carrier requirements.
• Monitor project quality, cycle time, and billing readiness.
• Participate in after-hours on-call as needed.
