Paul Davis seeks a Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from field operations to budgeting and schedules, ensuring on-time completion within budget and quality standards. You will oversee teams of tradespeople, engage homeowners, and continually improve results while learning new restoration processes.

This role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to serving communities in their time of need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Construction project management experience welcomed if willing to learn a new process.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
• Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
• Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in local community events.
• Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
• Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
